Standard Sessions
Don’t have headshot needs all year long? No prob. The Standard Session, for both groups and individuals, is best for companies who generally update their team’s headshots once every few years or have minimal new hires throughout the year.
Large Teams (10+)
Includes:
(1) Headshot Session for 10 or more individuals
Travel to facilities within a 25-mile radius (or visit us at our studio)
Assembly-line style headshot session (1-3 minutes per person)
Custom coverage time based on estimated participants
Professional lighting, equipment and backdrop of your choice (we have white, grey, and muted rose but can also order a custom color*)
Professional Retouching for up to (4) images per person
Standard Delivery of 5-7 business days
Usage license for company website, internal company use, news articles, third-party medical websites, and company social media (license does not include use in published books or promotional materials)
Base Rate:
Participant Fee - $150/person
Payment Terms: A retainer payment of $1500 is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance will be due within 3 business days following the session date. No images will be available for download until balance has been paid in full. A late fee of $25/day will be added to all balances not paid by the due date.
Note: You may request a net-15 or net-30 payment schedule however a fee will be added to the final total.
Small Teams (Less than 10)
Includes:
Headshot session for 9 or less individuals
Up to (30) minutes of total coverage time
Travel to facilities within a 25-mile radius (or visit us at our studio)
Professional Retouching for up to (2) images
Usage license for company website, internal company use, news articles, third-party medical websites, and company social media (license does not include use in published books or promotional materials)
Rate - $200/participant
Payment Terms: A 100% retainer payment is required to secure your session date. Any remaining balance from added participants will be due within 1 business day following the session date. No images will be available for download until balance has been paid in full. A late fee of $25/day will be added to all balances not paid by the due date.

Q// Our office is more than 25 miles away; will you still come?
Our travel fee for locations in Georgia more than 25 miles away is $100 per every 10 miles (outside of the original 25 mile radius)
Q// How will our payment be broken down?
The sitting fee will be due to hold your session date. Total participant fee will be billed after the session ends.
Q// What if one of our scheduled participants misses headshot day? Can they re-schedule?
Missed headshots can be rescheduled at the regular ‘Individual Headshot’ rate.
Q// My company only pays with a Net-30 schedule, can we still book?
For net-30 payment schedules, an additional fee of $350 will be added to your final total.
Q// Can we split our session up over multiple days?
Every individual date will require its own sitting fee (if applicable); from there the session must meet all of the same requirements as stated above.
