Headshot Event Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Suite Portraits Headshot Event Giveaway winner shall be able to contract and schedule (1) headshot event for up to 20 team members. Additional team members that would like to take part in the headshot event may be added at $50/person; final total will be invoiced prior to the session date and must be paid prior to the session date. The headshot event must be scheduled and completed before July 1, 2025. Once the headshot event has been scheduled, rescheduling will only be allowed one time. The headshot event will be hosted (1) time. Individual headshots on a day other than the scheduled event day will not be honored; all team members should be present at the scheduled event time to receive their headshot. The headshot event will take place at the winners office (or at Neutral Moon Studio if the winner’s team does not have a physical office). The headshot event includes (1) professionally retouched headshot photo per participant. A photography contract must be signed at the time of scheduling.
