All headshot sessions include expert lighting, guided posing, and a refined final edit. With amenities like a quick on-site set up and exceptional image retouching, your team members will always look their best with minimal hassle.

Headshot Event Days

Assembly-line style headshot session (1-3 minutes per person)

Up to 2 hours of coverage time (per every 1-40 estimated attendees)

Retainer Bundle FAQs
Q// Our company has different departments, all responsible for their own PO; can we schedule services under different POs?
Yes, once we are set up as a vendor, individual departments can submit their own POs. Please note: image delivery will coincide with the invoice payment of individual POs (ex: a net-30 payment means images will be released to that department after 30 days or whenever the invoice is paid).
Q// Do PO credits roll over? Can I use PO credits outside of the contracted dates?
PO credits do not roll over past their set end date. Please be sure to schedule and complete headshot sessions within the proper timeframe.
Q// Our facility is more than 25 miles away; will you still come?
Our travel fee for locations in Georgia more than 25 miles away is $100 per every 10 miles (outside of the original 25 mile radius)
Q// What if we don’t use up all of our PO credits by the end of our contracted term?
All retainer packages include “up to” a cap amount, which means meeting your cap is not required. Per your contract, payment plans must be fulfilled whether you meet your headshot cap or not.
Q// What if we need a few more PO credits before the end of the year, but less than the smallest bundle?
Once you’ve used up your retainer credits, you may contract a bundle of headshots (25 minimum) to fulfill any remaining headshot requirements without having to renew a full retainer package.
Q// How do we keep track of our credits? Will you let us know when we are running low?
Your Account Manager will send you a weekly progress report for you to monitor your PO usage. We will communicate with you in advance when your PO is running low and help you determine next steps.
Q// Do we have to pay a PO in full or can we have a payment plan?
Payment plans are available and will be determined based on your retainer package. We will invoice against our PO number on the first of every month.
Q// How long will the photographer be on site? What if my team member is running late?
For individual headshots, a 15-minute window will be made available for your team member to complete their headshot. After 15 minutes, our team has the right to begin breakdown.
