How Our Headshot Process Works

Scheduling

Retainer Clients

Use your dedicated company scheduling page to schedule sessions for individual or grouped sessions based on our teams availability. Information required to complete scheduling correctly includes: Facility address, name of set up room, name of participant(s) and PO number (if appl).

New Hire Orientation and Headshot Event Days should be scheduled directly with your Account Manager. Please provide your Account Manager with the most current list of participants at least 14-30 days prior to orientation day.

Standard Clients

Schedule your headshot day directly with your Account Manager.

A photographer and photo assistant will arrive at your facility no later than 15 minutes before the headshot session is scheduled to begin to set up lighting, equipment and seamless backdrop (if applicable). Please make sure the facilities front desk or security team is aware of our teams arrival and where we are scheduled to set up for an easy start to the day.

Your team member(s) arrive at the scheduled start time. We explain what types of shots we will be taking and get started. We will take a test shot of your team member and allow them to see and adjust themselves (hair, smile, sitting position, etc) and then we will proceed to complete the requested shot list.

Headshots will be edited to the pre-determined company standard including professional retouching (which includes removing hair flyaways, blemishes, clothing wrinkles and backdrop cleaning). Headshots will be uploaded via your most preferred channel (ex: internal company database, dropbox, etc) as well as backed up to our own photo cloud for up to 1 year.
